About Me
Hello and thank you for visting my portfolio. I am a Digital Media Innovation or DMI major with a minor in English at Texas State University. I enjoy playing the violin, fishing, virtual reality games and spending time with family. Throughout my time at Texas State, I have developed strong skills in web design, journalism, photagraphy, video editing and advertising which will prove in be invaluable in my future careers. I have been inspired to dive into the field of digital media because it offers so many different oppertunites to branch out. I have the skills to focus solely on web design but that does not have to be my only option.
On of my most favorite things to do when i have free to is to go fishing. For me, fishing was a way to connect with my family through competition with my dad and grandpa or through working together to reel in a massive catch. When I was younger my grandparents used to own a large sixty-acre property that has a huge pond near the entrance. This pond held all kinds of fish, but the most prominent ones were catfish and bass. This pond is where I would spend a large amount of time with my grandpa, catching the bass to see how much larger they have grown. That time I spent fishing with him was one of my most enjoyable memories.
